The Body Shop British Rose Range
I have not seen so much pink roses and everything pink at a product launch in a while. The setup for the launch of The Body Shop new British Rose range was exactly that. If you guys haven't heard or seen the latest range from The Body Shop yet, I suggest you get yourselves to the nearest store as soon as possible because their new British Rose is bloomin' fabulous! It's meant to give you petal-soft skin with an instant glow. There may not be an obvious dazzle but it does make the skin look all healthy.
I have to say though I have never really been a massive rose-scent fan because it reminds me of a very granny scent. It's old school that's what I'm trying to say. But the new British Rose range is something different, The Body Shop has given it a very modern take especially with notes of bergamot which I love, tangerine and clean musks. It's fresh, light, pretty and I love it! I also have to mention the packaging, The Body Shop has manage to come up with something feminine yet strong, so it's not all about the pink, it features bits of black with a rose illustration. Love the British Rose Exfoliating Gel Body Scrub though.
The range launches in conjunction with The Body Shop's 40th Anniversary and it was only natural for them to celebrate with bespoke blooms. The roses used in the British Rose range is grown specially for The Body Shop at an environmental award-winning farm in the heart of the English countryside. This beautiful range features eight products. But to get that glowing petal-soft skin you will need these three products - the new British Rose Exfoliating Gel Body Scrub (RM105), Infused with real rose petals, the gel texture melts onto the surface and gently refines it to reveal smoother, fresher skin. The new British Rose Instant Glow Body Essence (RM129) is great for the day as it is has an ultra-light texture and gives you 24 hour moisture. It will leave you skin feeling smooth and petal-soft. If you are looking for a more intense hydration, go for the new British Rose Instant Glow Body Butter (RM89), this velvety-soft moisturiser is rich in moisture and gives you that instant all-over healthy glow. nice review & I already have some items from this collection in my wish list. My mother & I are rose fans so this is a must try & maybe get if we like it enough. may I ask if the shower gel bottle is plastic? it looks like glass actually. The body shop is killing it with the fancy packages lately.
